3-5 years of experience in customer facing IT systems and infrastructure support.Familiarity with Windows, Exchange, SQL, DMS (Document Management Systems), MS Office, VDI, E-Discovery Applications, Skype, O365, Citrix, and other related programs Ability to learn new programs as needed.Reporting of key metrics around health/uptime.
